The Bristol Center for Management Accounting Research (BRICMAR) is a forum for engagement between the management accounting practice and research communities.
BRICMAR has organized a half-day workshop that will consider the following question:
What is Amoeba management and how can it help me in my organization?
This half-day workshop will introduce an intriguing management accounting and control system from Japan, called Amoeba Management. Amoebae are tiny, single celled, animals that reproduce themselves by cell division.
Mr Norifumi Yamada, Director, Deputy General Manager, and Senior Consultant at KYOCERA AMOEBA MANAGEMENT CONSULTING (SHANGHAI) Co., Ltd. is attending as guest speaker.
