In March, the 63rd meeting of the Beyond Budgeting network was held at the Zürich University of Applied Sciences (ZHAW) in Wintherthur, Switzerland, under the headline “Leading with purpose in complex times”. The meeting was a great success, and the venue was filled with attentive and engaged attendees, who were eager to learn more, network and share the experience gained from their personal beyond budgeting journey.
On the first day, the ‘Implementers’ Meeting’ was held, offering newcomers a chance to acquaint themselves with the Beyond Budgeting principles and to listen to presentations by Managing Director Rikard Olsson and Core Team Member Steve Morlidge as well as to an introduction by Core Team Member Bjarte Bogsnes. Day Two featured enticing presentations on W.L. Gore, Transa, NAF and Volvo Cars. Here is a short video from BBRT 63.

The School of Management and Law in Zürich, which hosted BBRT 63, has also launched a news item (in German) about the event.
The next BBRT meeting will be held in London on 5-6 November 2019. More information about this meeting will follow in coming newsletters.
